Beer Description
Due to its shape, and the long winters, the state of Michigan is known as “The Mitten”. Our wit, a Belgian-style white ale, is created using unmalted wheat and oats. We use only enough hops to balance the malt then add a hint of orange peel and coriander. The end result is an easy drinking beer that is mouth-wateringly tart.
