Beer Description
The result is a light colored golden ale with earthy, roasty notes of coffee and chocolate along with sweet hints of fruit and honey.
Brewed with a barrel aged Columbia Street Roastery coffee exclusive to Triptych, this blonde ale features all of the malts you might normally find in an Oatmeal Stout except for the dark roasty stuff. In their place, a copious amount of coffee beans and cocoa nibs were added.
