Beer Description
It is brewed with juniper berries and lime zest to give you the same pine and citrus punch as a Gin and Tonic.
Juniper White is Flying Dog’s latest addition to their Brewhouse Rarities. Their formula was to replace coriander and orange in a typical white IPA with juniper and lime. Even though it is very juniper heavy on the nose the flavor is very well balanced with citrus bitterness and bold spices of Columbus and Simcoe hops.
