Beer Description
This slightly boozy treat is brewed to have an almost black hue, a wonderful chocolate aroma and a hint of rum on the nose.
Shannon Chocolate Rum Stout starts life as our award-winning Chocolate Stout — a rich, subtly sweet, lightly hopped milk stout. We then age our wonderful stout in dark molasses rum barrels. The first taste is slightly sweet and balanced with a rewarding taste of rum, making this a liquid chocolate rum ball — delicious!
