Beer Description
N2 the Night is our oatmeal milk stout on nitrogen. The base beer is dense and creamy with abundant notes of chocolate and coffee layered over mild roast. Warm bread and caramel round out the profile with just enough bitterness to keep everything in check. Lactose sugar helps lend sweetness and enhances the silky texture of this robust ale. The nitrogen pour further enhances the velvety mouthfeel and brings focus to the rich flavors of the stout.
