Beer Description
Golden ale based on our award winning single hop Citra ale but this time Single hopped with Columbus added in large quantities late in the boil for a massive hit of the satisfying resiny grapefruit and tropical citrus flavours.
A light, golden single hop ale showcasing the Columbus variety grown in the USA in a typically Yorkshire, modern session ale style. Bitterness is kept to a moderate level but large additions of Columbus late in the boil and during fermentation give the beer a delightful fruity character along with its own uniquely distinctive Columbus aroma. A great accompaniment to fish dishes, this beer sits equally well on its own.
