Beer Description
“The Sheriff”, a 6% American Pale Ale featuring loads of Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe hops.
It is a dry, crushable ale with huge mango, pineapple, and tropical fruit notes with a touch of dankness. We made this beer to bring out to the 2nd Annual San Mateo County Brewery Festival. The proceeds from the festival go to help families of fallen peace officers of San Mateo County Sheriff’s office; so the beer was aptly named “The Sheriff”.
