Beer Description
Part of Windsor & Eton’s ongoing project to brew collaboratively with great breweries from around the world. Having already brewed with Brazilian and Canadian breweries this new beer is a collaboration with Australian craft brewers 4-Pines, who are based in Sydney. The beer is made using Melanoidin malt to give a pale ale colour but it’s then hopped using English Fuggles & Australian Enigma hops. The real fun however starts with the addition of the “dry hop” of Elderflower (from the plant at the brewery) and Lemon Myrtle.
