Beer Description
Oasis Ale is a unique, one‑of‑a‑kind medley of Ale and Cider. To the best of Coachella Valley Brewing’s knowledge such an offering is not commercially available. Oasis Ale formulation begins with malted white wheat, pale malted barley and a light crystal or caramel malt. Added to the mix is a freshly pressed apple cider blend from local orchards. Using our house ale yeast the elixir is then fermented.
