Beer Description
Each year the Illinois Craft Brewers Guild hosts the Replicale Project. The project provides brewers a template for a beer where we are given the grains and yeast but it is up to the brewers to add their personal touches to the beer through hop selection and potentially added fruits or spices. Enter Replison. This year’s project is to make a Saison and for our spin we added 40 pounds of blackberry puree. Look for the blackberry to add a slight tartness to the beer and perhaps a little aroma. This beer is light, refreshing and excellent for warm sun.
