Beer Description
Shillelagh Irish Red- The often-overlooked 2nd Irish contribution to the world of beer is given the royal treatment here at Watch City. Our Red is bathed in glorious nitrogen gas, allowing it to be served with that distinctive cap of white creaminess resulting from its dispense through a Stout faucet. A mildly malt-accented ale, with a touch of roasted malt to imbue it with reddish tones, it reigns supreme around St. Patrickʼs Day. Smooth from first sip to last gulp, it is nicely balanced by its toastiness and complimentary fruitiness.
