A two-hour boil was over and an expectant Master Brewer wiped his brow, knowing full well this would become a legendary beer. Inspired by his travels to Scotland, transfixed by the beauty of the Isle of Skye our Master Brewer Aaron Mateychuk knew he had to create one of the world’s finest Scotch ale. A finely detailed and meticulously planned recipe was crafted. The result of such brewing genius is now flowing through our taps to you. A generous, rounded malt base plays host a multitude of flavors, all vying for dominance on one’s palate. Many sips are necessary to determine what you like most about this chewy, peat-kissed ale.
