Beer Description
Taking it’s name from the LP “One Last Laugh In A Place Of Dying” by The God Machine, this is the first of our "final fling’ brews celebrating the end of 22 years of brewing in the basement of 206 W. Pratt St. “One Last Laugh” was brewed in collaboration with former head brewer Barrett Lauer (now at DC Chophouse) and Jason Oliver (head brewer at Devil’s Backbone and former assistant brewer under Barrett at Pratt St.). It’s sort of an IPA, sort of an Australian IPA I guess … brewed with a grist of English lager malt and Canadian pale ale malt and heavily hopped/dry hopped with a variety of Southern Hemisphere hops (Galaxy, Pacific Gem, Nelson Sauvin and Ella).
