Beer Description
This Grodziskie is brewed with 100% wheat malt that has been kiln dried over oak wood, lending a balanced smokey flavor.
Sometimes called Polish Champagne. Highly carbonated and foamy, this beer was traditionally served in large trumpet shaped glasses to accommodate the large volume of foam. This is a Great American Beer Fest Pro Am beer brewed in collaboration with Scott Pointion.
