Beer Description
JT’s Barrel Series #3 is a wheat ale aged in oak barrels for 2 months. While in the barrel, we added gooseberries, and dry “hopped” it with Falconer’s Flight and lemon balm. The lemon balm comes across in the aroma, while the Falconer’s Flight and Gooseberries provide tartness, slight bitterness, and body.
