This beer starts out as a dry wheat ale that is fermented with lactobacillus and saccharomyces.
It is then aged in Oak barrels and undergoes secondary fermentation with brettanomyces. The addition of New Jersey cranberries adds complexity and tart flavors, plus a hazy pink color. Made with Hallertau hops, and pilsen and wheat malts.
