Beer Description
Our obejtivo was to recreate the classic American IPA , but with its own personality . We began maximum hop we could without compromising the freshness of this beer and the result is an assertive bitterness , resin and powerful ! The aroma have citrus notes , tropical and pine borrowed by Columbus hops , Cascade and Zythos .
No IPA only survives of hops, then discard the sameness in the selection of malts . We use rye and some caramel malts to spice up the relationship and wheat. Yes, wheat sufficient to give an incredible foaming and balance the equation .
