A tradional farmstead product, made with a blend of sweet, tart dry and bitter apples.
Unlike regular apples, the apples used to make this hard cider are specifically selected for their rich Tannin contents. Each type of apple has its own unique essence, highlighting either their sweet, bittersweet,bitter or acidic components. It is in the marriage of these different varities, that the “Savoir Faire" of the hard-cider maker is expressed in creating the finest Taste.
