Beer Description
A Simcoe forward recipe built on a grain bill featuring both red and white wheat. The wheat adds a little extra body, flavor and a signature haze. We used Simcoe exclusively in the kettle, and then aggressively dry hopped with more Simcoe, Centennial and Citra.
