Beer Description
The wonderful English specialty malts such as Roasted Barley, Black Malt, Dark Crystal, Oat Malt and flaked oats provide this beer with layers of complex aromas and flavors such as coffee and dark chocolate and a smooth silky mouthfeel without being sweet. We were very gentle with the hop usage of this beer bittering with a sprinkle of Geman Magnum and Slovenian Styrian Goldings in the whirlpool.
