Rogue Creamery has crafted a new cheese in small batches inspired by the ale.
Itβs a classic hand- milled, full cream cheddar; the beer is poured over the curd during the make then dipped and pressed into blocks and aged. The blocks of cheddar showcase a light marbling and distinctive flavor of ale.
