The Ganter Brewery is a traditional brewery in Freiburg .

The brewery was founded in 1865 by Ludwig “Louis” Ganter in the house to infant Jesus (Ship Street 7) was constituted in which Erasmus had lived from 1531 to 1534. used a gander remaining small brewing equipment from the 18th Century, which he had acquired, together with 700 barrels.
