A light Scotch-aftertaste, a nice body coming from the 4 different kinds of malt (one pale, two caramelised and one torrified malt).
About the brewery
Most of the equipment used in the new brewery was found in Czechie. In april 2000 the first beer was served in the beautiful tavern above the brewery. During the summer of 2001 the Ultramour beer was made. This fruity beer consists of 4 different fruit tastes. The origine of the name comes from the famous festivity “Le Goûter Matrimonial” which exists for 100 years already. During this festivity singles are coupled.
