  Northern Alchemy Late Hopped Pale

  English Pale Ale · 5.3% ABV

  Very low bittering using Bobek on the first wort and first addition. Aroma & flavour come from the large amount of Chinook, late in the boil and in the hop back. Finally dry hopped on an even larger amount of Simcoe.

  Northern Alchemy US Session Pale

  Session IPA · 4.1% ABV

  A combination of Chinook, Pallisade and Citra, added in increasing amounts towards the end of the boil.
