Rooster Fish Brewing, a small microbrewery from Watkins Glen, NY, won first place at the Sample New York Beer Festival, as voted on by the festival’s attendees. The festival was held at the New York State Wine and Culinary Center on October 3, and featured several breweries from across New York.
