About the brewery

Trap Rock Restaurant & Brewery opened its doors 1997 and combines seasonal craft brews with seasonal, American food. Designed by Morris Nathanson, Trap Rock Restaurant offers a working microbrewery and a comfortable European ski lodge atmosphere.
