  Brewed in collaboration with the beauties over at West Coast Canning to celebrate the inaugural CANcity Beer Festival on July 30th, 2016. This is a golden sour ale with a refreshing hint of cucumber.

  Hearthstone Wyld Raspberry

  Berliner Weisse · 3.2% ABV

  We brew this the way they did back in the day, using a 100% wild lactobacillus bacteria to sour the beer, then we bring it back into the kettle and add 200 lbs of real, whole local raspberries resulting in a pink, tart and refreshing summer beer.
