About the brewery

Created in December 1999, the brewery gave birth to Ploudalmézeau, near Brest, the MUTINE beer of high fermentation. Malt, the MUTINE is not fltrée nor pasteurized, which promotes the conservation of its aromatic flavors. Light and balanced it owes its finesse on the palate with its harmonious composition in barley malt, aromatic hops and buckwheat Breton.
