About the brewery
A true connoisseurs beer best sipped after dinner not too cold. Try with a dash of lemonade for Australia’s finest shandy or simply serve straight with a chunk of blue or some rich plum pudding or mud cake with a burnt caramel sauce. YUMM!! If you are really feeling lavish marinate some Eye fillet with ginger, garlic and moonshine for 3 days then cook blue or rare for best results.
