Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of fruitiness, some floral notes,yeast and some floral notes. Flavor is sweet and fruity with some malt, citrus, some floral notes, mint and yeast.
Soured the beer with Lactobacillus in the kettle, added salt during the boil and added fruity US dryhops and grapefruit and lime peel after fermentation.
The beer is our take on a light, super hoppy, fruity IPA. We used Citra, Mosaic and Mandarina Bavaria hops for tropical flavour and aroma and some wheat and oats to give you a smooth mouth feel.
