  This ale is brewed with NY 2 row, roasted barley, Munich, smoked malts & some biscuit malt to create a complex malt character. Sweet caramel notes yet not over boozy with a slight warming.

  Cousin’s Revolution When in Doubt

  Sweet Stout · 6.1% ABV

  The Vanilla stout is our "When In Doubt" grain bill with vanilla beans added to the fermenters to create a slight vanilla taste without overpowering the malts. We brew it with extra chocolate malts and flaked oats to create a nice balance of flavors.
