Septem 8th Day
IPA · 7.0% ABV
Aroma of biscuity malt, hint of caramel, fruits, grapefruit, hops. Flavour is moderate sweet with a moderate to medium bitter finish. -
Septem Monday's Pilsner
Pilsner · 5.0% ABV
Pours clean golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is grain and grass. Taste is clean, grain, grass, dry. -
Septem Thursday's Premium Red Ale
Irish Red Ale · 4.5% ABV
The cloud is a deep ruby red which makes it look like a fruit beer rather than a dark ale. Malty nose with a sweet biscuity flavour which continues once you take a sip. -
Septem Wednesday
White IPA · 6.0% ABV
The aroma has good hop presence, giving notes of ripe oranges, light citrus, grapefruit. Taste has lots of ripe oranges, tangerine, light citrus, caramel.
About the brewery
Septem Microbrewery is located in Orologio in the municipality of Kimi-Aliveri on the island of Evia. It was founded by the chemist and oenologist Sophocles Panagiotou and the economist Georgios Panagiotou and began distributing its first batch of fresh unpasteurised beer in June of 2009.
