Refermented on Pink Guava and then conditioned on Vanilla beans. Moderately sour with a creamy mouthfeel leads into soft notes of kiwi, strawberry, lemon, with a smooth vanilla finish.
Hybrid Keller Pils / Common fermented with San Fransisco Lager yeast. Double Dry Hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Huell Melon. Crisp, dry, fluffy, and excessively fruity.
Maltier than our IPA, our Red IPA is brewed with Azacca, El Dorado, and Chinook. The result is well balanced and tropical with notes of papaya and mango.
