Palate has a delicious bittersweet character with some spicy bite and a bit of tannic frip. Very fruity and quite pure. With a nice savoury twist.
About the brewery
Mike Henney started making cider as a hobby in 1996. But the hobby got a bit out of hand and in 2010 procuction has reached over 200,000 gallons. Mike’s objectives is to make the best cider possible and provide customers with good service. He believes this is best achieved by keeping every process as simple as possible.
