About the brewery
The brewery was founded in 2005 by Artisan Rhyton idea of Maurizio and Stefano Gandolfi Aiazzi on the premises of Via Bisenzio in Vernio, in the heart of the Tuscan Apennines, started the production of the now historic THOR, SABAIA, HONEY, PIRATES, CHUPA CABRAS, SMOKED.
