AKA: The Eazy-E. This tropical IPA comes in at 6.4%. Centennial, Topaz, Super Pride and Ella hops were used in the kettle and Super Pride, Topaz, Ella and Citra were used in the dry hop. -

This beer has pilsner malt, wheat malt and a little honey malt. We used French Saison yeast on this one which gives of a phenolic bit and moderate esters. We knocked out this beer at 72 degrees and let it free ride. -
Amor Artis Fuding White Tea

Brewed with pilsner malt, flaked rice and a little bit on honey malt to add some sweetness. The beer has a strong upfront saison taste but finishes with a white tea flavor. -
