About the brewery
Christian Bourganel, enterprising and innovative, beer lover and the Ardeche, is considering a solution to promote both.
After several months of thinking and working with the IFBM (French Institute of Brewing and Malting) Nancy, born in 1997, fruit beer of the Ardeche: The Brimbelles and La Combel who initially brewed by Brewery Castelain, but the stated goal is the creation of a micro-brewery in the Ardeche.
On 1 June 2000, the brewery is Bourganel enjoy his first brew ardéchois local customers, and the following year, the Blonde Beer Ardéchoise appeared. The success of these beers, the Brewery Bourganel to acquire new more efficient equipment in 2004 and since then every year, additions are made.
