About the brewery
A very special brewery located on the grounds of the 150 acre apple orchard called Hyland Orchards in Fiskdale Massachusetts a subsidiary of Sturbridge. The Orchard is adorned with the most picturesque 18 hole disc golf course in all of New England. We brew beer with two focuses in mind. Freshness and Community. We pride ourselves in being small and staying small. We brew for our local’s and for our friends from out of town. Family Members and Friends young and old can enjoy what we have to offer and spend the day with us.
