About the brewery
STB opened its doors as a family-owned brewery in August 2011 with a 14bbl system that was pieced together from all over the country. We have four year round brews with 2 barrel aged monsters that make an appearance a couple times a year. From the brews, our spent grains go to a local farmer to feed to his cattle. Our bombers and kegs are slowly spreading out into the TC market with the mindset that we do not take on any new accounts until we can keep the ones we currently have fully stocked at all times. We plan to always stay small enough to be able to sell growlers directly to our customers (below 3500 bbls/year).
