Soured with lactobacillus and fermented with a clean ale yeast then we added loads of lime zest and juice along with coriander seeds and salt, resulting in a beer reminiscent of a lime Magarita.
Soft and "pillowy" body bursting with juicy hops flavor and aroma. Dry hopped with Simcoe and Mosaic resulting in assertive notes of stone fruits, citrus, berries and tropical fruits.
Brewed with English malts, rye, roasted grains and crystal. Resulting flavors include chocolate, mild coffee, cookies and toffee in a creamy mouthfeel.
Brewed with pilsner malt and wheat then late-hopped with Hallertau Blanc hops resulting in a soft yet dry light beer with flavours of gooseberries and lemongrass.
