About the brewery
Southern Appalachian Brewery opened its permanent home in Hendersonville, NC in the spring of 2011. Originally founded in Rosman, NC in 2003, the formerly named Appalachian Craft Brewery has expanded its production facilities and added a public tasting room. Located just one block off North Main Street near the historic Depot District, Southern Appalachian continues to create quality, small batch craft brewed ales including: Copperhead Amber, Black Bear Stout, and an IPA. Run by husband and wife team Andy & Kelly Cubbin, the brewery offers an indoor bar with beer to go, as well as a large outdoor seating area with games and special events.
