At Rock Bottom, our job is to make the beer that you love to drink. Our brewers select only the finest hops in Washington’s Yakima Valley to ensure high quality and consistency. We use only the highest quality domestic and imported malted barley in our beer. We use only our own proprietary yeast, securely stored at labs around the country.
