About the brewery
A hoppy American wheat ale, apricot in color and brewed with a sizable portion of the grain bill being American white wheat, for a soft bready maltiness and smooth body. This beer receives a huge dry hop addition of Amarillo, Azacca and Grungeist hops that provide notes of ruby red grapefruit, orange peel and a hint of stone fruit. The tropical fruit notes are given an added boost by the utilization of the Cosmic Punch yeast strain, which boosts thiol production during fermentation, resulting in juicier, and even more tropical fruit forward aromas
