About the brewery
The word ‘Aeonian’ is Greek for ‘eternal’ and ‘everlasting’. Aeonian is excited to be part of Alliance and chose the name in hope that the brewery becomes an everlasting part of the amazing community. The owners opened the brewery in March 2021 with the goal of creating an inviting environment where people can hang out and enjoy quality craft beer and food. Prior to Aeonian Brewing Co., the 160-year-old building housed the Mount Union Mill. Much of the original rustic charm, including the corrugated concrete walls, is still present in the taproom and private event spaces. The taproom is family-friendly and has ample table and bar seating, featuring a large fireplace and glass doors that, weather permitting, open to the patio.
