About the brewery
XIX Brewing Company is Vermillion’s first and only brewery and taproom. With 12 beers, a customizable seltzer, and homemade root beer, there is something for everyone at XIX. We offer a welcome space for locals and visitors to gather, relax, and enjoy our wide selection of locally brewed beers. Current hours are 3-10 p.m., Monday through Thursday; 3-11 p.m., Friday and Saturday; and 12-6 p.m., Sunday. Check our website or Facebook for updated seasonal hours and special promotions.
