The cold, crisp characteristics associated with lager fermentation helps the comforting chocolate, fresh coffee and toasty malt notes sing, whilst a smooth nitro finish ensures the pint hits perfectly every time, rounding off with a creamy white foam.
Edge of Town is a West Coast IPA. Rippingly bitter, with American hops Chinook, Columbus and Citra heavy in the whirlpool and dry hop. Intense resinous pine and spikey grapefruit is backed up with sweet caramel malt.
We top it all off by moderately hopping with New Zealand hops for hints of floral fruit, complementing the crispness perfectly. Northern Helles is hazy, served unfiltered, and perfect for cracking open with friends.
