S.C. MARTENS S.A. is a private company. Before privatization it was called Galati Beer Factory and after 1990, S.C.RO BEER S.A.
BROUWERIJ MARTENS n.v. from Bocholt, Belgium bought the S.C. RO BEER S.A. interests from FPS, the government representative, on 8th of May, 1998. On 29th of August the shareholders decided to increase registered capital and to change the company name into S.C. MARTENS S.A.
