Hudsonville Pike 51 is owned by Steve Guikema and Ron Snider, who are also co-owners of Hudsonville Winery. Pike 51 Brewery is the new on-site brewpub that is finally here. This has been a dream for many, many years. Steve and Ron talked about this back in the 1990’s while doing their own homebrewing. When we opened Hudsonville Winery three years ago, we thought the brewery would be added in five years. The success of the winery and passion for local microbrews in West Michigan( and beyond) allowed this plan to move up. Pike 51 Brewing Co. is named after the history of Chicago Drive, which used to be called turnpike 51.
