About the brewery
On January 4th 2010 Adrian Posnett joined Oakham Ales as Sales & Marketing Director with a brief to put together and implement a long term growth plan for the company. By May of 2010 a very challenging growth plan was in place and Adrian was appointed Managing Director. The field sales team increased from two to three in June and further staff were taken on in both the brewery and distribution teams.
