Brewed with a huge ammount of hops, Columbus, Northern Brewer, Citra, Cascade, Amarillo, and then dry hopped for a week. Huge hop flavor but with a malty backbone for a balanced beer with a smooth clean finish.
Our seasonal Oktoberfest has a distinct malt forward flavor, medium bodied and smooth, it is lightly hopped with Tettnang and Hallertauer hops and fermented with ale yeast.
